• Convenience of access: You can access any of the apartments without the use of steps. For arrival and departure, you can enter direct with your car.
• Tranquility The apartments are surrounded by 9000 squares metres of olive groves and are free from the road traffic noise
• Close to the centre: There is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Malcesine, close to the cable car, restaurants, shops, beach and the castle.
• Reserved parking: We have a covered parking space for each car. You will be given a remote control to open the gate and ensure the safety of you car
• Animal lovers: The properties are totally fenced with electronically opened gates, allowing control of your pets away from danger
• Apartment ready fo arrival: On arrival, you will find the beds made, towels in the bathroom with fresh towels in the cupboard. There is a broom available, dustpan, cloths for cleaning. Washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are not included
• Final price: Air conditioning, Internet wi-fi, heating, parking, linen and towels are all included in the price. There is no surplus charge but the tourist tax will be calcualated separately.
