The history of climate house

Alessandra had the idea to convert an old barn in to 3 apartments. In June 2009, when the initial work was completed, an energy class B was awarded.
The first season was such a success that many customers booked to return the following year. Due to the success and increase on demands, in 2014 we were permitted planning permission to build two new apartments (E and F).
With new roof we have maintained our standard for clean energy, installing 11 KhW voltage and 4 solar panels for the production of hot water.

The family Maroadi

Marco Maroadi and Alessandra Bergonzini were married in 1990. They have 2 daughters, Nicole born in 1992 and Sara born in 1993. Alessandra is very experienced in the hotel trade and in 2009 she decide to devote herself to the apartments. Marco continues his work in the hotel trade and in the winter time he dedicates his time to the family tradition of cultivating the olives and the production of the Olive oil.
In the year 2000, the decision was made to have a small dog (Foxi) followed in 2015 with the arrival of Spritz. The family love animals and also have an aquarium with fish and a pond with turtles.
